i am currently writing my diploma on constitutional protection of the environment. i think the constitutions of croatia, montenegro, slovenia and germany deserve attention on this website. especially the montenegrin one which states in its FIRST article that montenegro is a democratic, social and ecological country. i find this early declaration of ecology as a value, comparable to democracy, very important and a model for future constitutions</description>
